All the experience was great and I am really happy with the outcome and the treatment
UPDATE: I can't stand people who twist things. I attach the chats thus verified.
You only contacted me THE DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE, not 2 (see photo).
I was under the pylon for 50 minutes.
The antibiotic in the kit could have sent me to hospital (check AIFA and see photo). I insisted on seeing him, to avoid infection. My choice was to survive. The other drugs were not given to me at all.
Communications with the Tutor: the video forwarded??? (see photo).
10 days after the operation a clinic that doesn't ask you "how it went" leaves you alone..
Hair transplant done 9 days ago, I want to share the adventure so far to save someone.
I pay on August 10th for the operation on October 6th, reporting at that time an enzyme deficiency (Favismo). Paolo tells me not to worry, he records the problem on the estimate and tells me that 5 days before leaving I will be contacted for the necessary information.
From this moment on I think they have lost my file. I'm not sure but I'll count the clues in the story.
No one gets in touch within the times indicated (1), so I'll write 2 days before departure. They assign me the tutor the day before departure. The Tutor on the phone begins like this: “You're last minute” (2). I point out to this Romeo that I had paid 2 months before: he is amazed! I buy a 103 euro washing kit for the post-operative period. I buy it immediately, but the delivery would not arrive on time. (3). I announce again that I have Favism.
I arrive in Istanbul and there is no one waiting for me (4). After 30 minutes of wandering I decide to take a taxi. A guy from another company tells me he has a friend's number, calls him and after another 30 minutes the transfer arrives. At least it takes us directly to the restaurant.
The contact person in Turkey (Rubil) calls me for the next day's schedule.
The transfer to the clinic arrives at the hotel. They don't have my name. (5) I ask for explanations and he asks me "you friend Rubil?". Alright.
I arrive at the clinic: THEY DON'T KNOW FAVISM. (6) At that point he was about to miss the operation due to the anesthesia. Matia Larosa puts a patch by calling an anesthetist friend of mine in Rome. (Matia is superb, but not enough to transform the Togni circus into a decent structure).
After the operation they didn't give me the kit of painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotic coverage. My kit was: juice and snack, they didn't take the responsibility of giving me anything. Nice to walk around with a bloody head looking for a pharmacy willing to give me the antibiotic without a prescription.
On the day of the surgery, Tutor Romeo forwarded me a video to use the kit of products purchased before departure, I replied regretfully that they will not arrive in time. He replies “buy the Johnson Baby”. I mean, you make me buy a 103 euro kit and then I can use a 2 euro shampoo? But I blow myself up in the square. Especially because tell me who fights alopecia with 2 euro shampoo?
From this moment on Romeo disappears. The tutors of the kids I met (I stayed in touch with them) called them the next day and are in constant and continuous contact. They gave him information on the PRPs, on the checks (which will take place between today and tomorrow). and Romeo?
Obviously I'm deliberately not calling to understand how far the company's superficiality goes. But I think I'll last just a little longer before I pick up the phone and start swearing.
Ultimately, I strongly advise against this type of structure, regardless of the result, some things put your health at risk:
- An anesthesiologist friend had to intervene to save the operation
- Only one anesthetic was used, the local one and not the long-lasting one (increasing post-treatment pain)
- No post-surgery medications (increasing the risk of infections)
- Washes started late due to failure to communicate the kit
- To date I have been left alone, I have no news on therapies and checks.
I will update the review with the results of the work, hoping that it is not of the current level.
I am on my second transplant, I hope it is also the last, as it was and was told to me, always a positive experience, even if the clinic has changed in many things, unfortunately not as positive as two years ago, but let's move forward, team always at the top, you feel pampered the entire time of the operation even though you may feel some pain, they always have a word, kind and available for everything, and I thank them warmly. But a note of merit also goes to the various interpreters both in the clinic and in the hotel, as well as to the drivers, well done everyone 👏💪. But let's start with the organizational agency Aratravel, courtesy, seriousness and kindness are their strong points, it's the second time I've left with them and I must say that their friendliness both before and after the intervention is extraordinary, thank you and once again congratulations to you .
Kind regards Max😉💪
Well, what can I say. Since I got in touch with them they have organized everything down to the smallest detail, or rather even more. On the way back my flight was canceled and they, ready, put me on the first available flight for the return. Thanks to my tutor Gabriele who assisted me in the pre and post operation. Good job!
Everything was wonderful, maximum professionalism in everything, people available and patient, a wonderful experience, I especially thank my tutor Gabriele, an exceptional person, always ready to help you in everything and for everything... I highly recommend you will be in good hands... Thank you all tesekkür ederim :)
I decided to use Aratravel on the advice of two friends who had already used their assistance in the past and I confirm their more than positive experience. Continuous assistance both remotely (via email, whatsapp and telephone) and on site with their staff. Special thanks to Gabriele and Manuel. Do not hesitate.
I give 5 stars for excellent organization and pre- and post-intervention assistance. Thanks to my tutor Gabriele who always called me giving me all the details step by step in the recovery phases following the operation. The clinic is super professional and with Aratravel you never feel alone. A nice experience!!!
Very high level organisation, nothing is left to chance by the Aratravel guys (in particular I would like to thank Gabriele, clear, precise, empathetic and kind).
The hotel is excellent, the area is excellent, all travel is perfectly organised, you are never left alone, you always know what to do.
As for the transplant, I am waiting for the results to arrive to make a definitive judgement. The organization in the clinic was also excellent, from the translators, to the tutors, to the doctors and nurses, all kind and ready to accommodate every request.
Full 5 stars for the service.
All the experience was great and I am really happy with the outcome and the treatment
